I always look forward to it, and I think I’ve saved every copy since the begin- ning. Denver has really changed. I’m glad I can count on Westword. Deedee Smith Denver I thought this was supposed to be the Best of Denver. Why are so many winners located outside of Denver? Kari Plank Denver Editor’s note: We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again. For the Best of Denver, as well as the rest of our stories, we focus on metro Den- ver. Our circulation area ranges from Castle Rock to Boulder, Evergreen to Aurora — and our coverage does, too. “SHE’S GOT MAIL,” HELEN THORPE, APRIL 14 DON’T MISS THE VO TE As the election deniers keep acting crazy, I just want to thank Amber McReynolds for all she has done to keep this country sane. Heather Simon Denver This is the fi rst time I’ve seen someone trying to address our broken voting systems in decades. I mean, it’s way too little, way too late to save us, but at least someone has fi nally noticed that it’s all borked! Ryan Bosch Littleton Now that the Dems have perfected their ballot-stuffi ng skills, they want to make mail-in balloting mandatory across the U.S. Steve Garden Arvada Only the elections the Republicans lost were rigged and fraudulent. The elections won...legit! Can’t go wrong with that logic. Ray Davis Rye Don’t miss a beat! Follow @DenverWestword on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I miss cruising West Colfax. I also miss reading Westword, my go-to newspaper. Alex Torres Victoria, Texas Thanks for supporting local businesses, Westword. We would be so much worse off as a city without you. Lewis Rivers Denver Interesting article regarding Amber McReynolds. Quite a few words to essen- tially say “Nothing to see here, move along.” The Democrats have a long history of election fraud and stolen elections, from Kennedy/Nixon to Coleman/Franken in Minnesota to what they almost pulled off in Florida by continuing to count in the five most left-leaning Florida counties hoping to “fi nd” enough votes to put Al Gore over the top. Fast-forward to 2020. Ever since Donald Trump came down the escalator to announce he was running, we’ve heard nothing except that this was the worst thing ever and we have to get rid of Trump by any means neces- sary. Knowing all that, are Ms. McReynolds and others telling us that this is the one time they played it straight? I have no knowledge, but many believe that rather than massive and systemic fraud, enough shenanigans oc- curred in enough counties in enough states to achieve the goal of sending Trump back to Mar-A-Lago. It’s actually a comfort to think that this happened rather than consider the possibility that 81 million people actually voted for the mess we have now. “Elections don’t turn on who votes. Elec- tions turn on who counts the votes.” — Karl Marx Pat Desrosiers Denver “PETAL TO THE METAL,” CATIE CHESHIRE, APRIL 14 A ROSE B Y ANY OTHER NAME Articles like this on the Rose Lady are why I follow Westword.
