Mile High 420 Festival Monday, April 20, 2 to 9 p.m. Civic Center Park The Mile High 420 Festival, one of the world’s largest 4/20 gatherings, returns with a concert and skunky day of celebra- tions. This year’s show will be headlined by Juicy J, with additional performances from Paul Wall, Mike Jones, That Mexican OT and Trap Dickey. Food and merchan- dise vendors will be set up around the park, where there will also be beer gardens, bathrooms and everything else required for an afternoon and evening of pot-laden fun. The festival’s website offi cially tells attendees to follow Colorado law inside and outside of park grounds, which bans public consumption, but cannabis use has always been a major part of the event. There have been zero citations for public can- nabis use at the 4/20 fest for the last three years, and there’s no indication the status quo will change this year.
