After a successful pop-up test run last fall, the two have been hosting monthly zodiac-themed events since Janu- ary while they continue to look for a perma- nent home for the Rainbow Dome. The space is a psychedelic playground, with multiple “universes” to explore that are brimming with detailed, stunning, in- teractive works made by both local and na- tional artists. Pair those with the hilarious walking characters that Meow Wolf has meandering throughout the rooms, such as Sid the Psychic (as at a Renaissance fair, they always stay in character), and you’ve got a full-on trippy experience awaiting you. Meow Wolf has also started offering adult-only nights, in case you’d like to avoid both energetic kids and crying toddlers. Not only can you pose for pics there, but you’ll be given access to an array of controls, knobs and handles that if maneuvered a certain way create a wormhole vortex in the normally star-fi lled sky above. I am one of Denver’s big- Where’s the best place to take visitors to Denver? Red Rocks! But within the city, I always take them to Stranahan’s distillery. It’s a great tour and tasting. I also always take people to Attimo Wine. What’s your favorite place in Denver? I really like the art alley in RiNo, behind Denver Central Market. We have so many great gest fans! I love our arts community. I love to take people around all the hotspots like Denver Union Station, Larimer Square and all of our incredible art districts. We have such incredible gems, in addition to the incredible sports franchises, the Stock Show, the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Zoo and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
