They cover landmarks, businesses and even vehicles. Some of the biggest and most stunning Christmas light displays in Phoenix are shining on homes in local neighborhoods. And each is completely free. You’ll find drive-thru experiences and entire streets decked out for the season. Many Phoenix homeowners go all in with massive holiday light displays, including some competing on ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight” this year. Here are the best Christmas light displays on homes to see across metro Phoenix in 2025. CENTRAL PHOENIX Arcadia Christmas House 4415 E. Calle Tuberia Arcadia’s Lee Sepanek, better known as “Christmas Lee,” may have downsized his once-massive holiday display in recent years, but its magic still shines. His current setup spans three homes and glows with 50,000 lights, delighting nightly visitors with a scaled-back but still sparkling spectacle. Hours: 6 to 10 p.m. nightly through Jan. 1. Shepard Family Christmas 2101 E. Mitchell Drive This cheery array of 30,000-plus lights near Osborn Road and 21st Street is a perennial favorite. This year’s display features a Narnia-inspired theme, 11 glowing trees and plenty of festive touch- es. Hours: Nightly through the holidays. Pinchot Avenue’s Candy Canes 2801 E. Pinchot Ave. A two-block stretch of Pinchot Avenue becomes a strollable, drivable holiday display each night in December. Glowing candy canes are arranged on lightposts on either side of the street. Overhead, a radiant Christmas star and peace symbol shine above the scene, sealing the walk- through winter vibes. Hours: Nightly at dusk through early January. NORTH VALLEY The Biggest Little Christmas in Phoenix 18639 N. First Ave. northphoenixlights.neocities.org Carl Jimenez’s jam-packed display hits ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight” on Dec. 4, and it’s easy to see why. The quaint scene outside his north Phoenix home teems with 150-plus vintage blow molds, 120 glowing nutcrackers, 22 elves and thousands of lights. Don’t miss the MicroTree, touted as Arizona’s tiniest Christmas tree. Hours: 6 to 9 p.m. nightly until Dec. 25. Scary Christmas House 4431 W. Escuda Drive, Glendale scarychristmashouse.com The Spacy family transform their two- story Glendale home into a pitch-perfect tribute to “The Nightmare Before Christ- mas” each holiday season, including hand-built props, characters and scenes spanning Oogie Boogie’s lair, the tree- swallowing snake and Jack Skellington’s sleigh. Moon Valley’s 12 Homes of Christmas Moon Valley Neighborhoodmoonvalley.org This annual Christmastime tradition turns Moon Valley’s neighborhoods into a high-watt holiday loop. More than a dozen homes go big with themed dis- plays and synchronized flair. Cruise the circuit or walk the block as house after house features festive one-upmanship on a grand scale. Voltaire Ave. North Phoenix’s Voltaire Avenue be- comes a coordinated Christmas corridor nightly as more than two dozen homes sync their lights into a walkable and driveable holiday experience. Every house rocks its own vibe, but a Christ- mas mix broadcast on 98.1 FM pulls the entire block into one glowing, neigh- borhood-sized show. Hours: 5:30 to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 5:30 to 11 p.m. Friday to Sunday, until Dec. 31. Makela Family Light Show 104 W.
