The 11 best New Year’s Eve dinners in Miami. BY OLEE FOWLER M iami is closing out 2025 the only way it knows how: with tasting menus (check out this list of Best Christmas Dinners in Miami), water- front views, and dining rooms made for lin- gering long after the clock strikes midnight. This year’s New Year’s Eve lineup feels es- pecially transportive. Restaurants across the city are leaning into indulgence and at- mosphere, building nights where the food is as memorable as the moment. Whether you’re the type who wants foie gras and Champagne in the Design District, stone crabs by the bay in Edgewater, or an eight- course Basque feast in North Miami, the celebrations reflect the full spectrum of Mi- ami dining. Some are crafting elaborate, multi-course journeys, while others are pairing their menus with rooftop firework views, jazz bands, or thematic soirées that turn dinner into an escape. These kitchens are setting the tone for a wonderful 2026 — one elegant plate, decadent dessert, and midnight toast at a time.
