Opening the show is Jamaican musician Jesse Royal Steel Pulse, whose music hits hard and stays relevant, thanks to the genius of lead singer and guitarist David Hinds. In 2019, the band released its 12th — yes, 12th — album, Mass Manipulation, which was nominated for “Best Reggae Album” at the 62nd annual Grammys.
