Project: With this project, the applicant requests an air construction permit to modify certain permit conditions, and add an existing but unpermitted location at 7860 NW 67 Street, Miami, with a paper separator, baler, dust collector, and glue booth at a lithographic printing facility. The facility prints catalogs, brochures, magazines, and other periodicals; then binds and delivers the products. The facility uses high-volume offset lithography to produce its print products. Facility-wide potential emissions are as follows: VOC 48.76 TPY, NO X 1.18 TPY, CO 0.99 TPY, PM/PM 10 5.35 TPY, PM 2.5 0.09 TPY, SO 2 0.01 TPY, and total HAPs 0.40 TPY. Permitting Authority: Applications for air construction permits are subject to review in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, Florida Statutes (F.S.) and Chapters 62-4, 62-210, and 62-212 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), and Chapter 24, Code of Miami-Dade County.
