Made in-house, Bagels & Co. produces approx- imately 20 custom-made cream cheeses to lather on a bagel. Stores typically feature sea- sonal flavors alongside mainstays like bacon scallion, birthday cake, black truffle, jalapeño cheddar, maple bacon, and sriracha scallion. It’s not just about bagels and cream cheese, either. Bagels & Co. serves made-to-order stuffed breakfast and lunch bagels, too. With huge, hearty sandwiches loaded with fillings like sausage, fried chicken, hash browns, and eggs, these bagels become full-on meals.
