The designation is being made pursu- ant to Section 376.80, Florida Statutes, of Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Act. Saga South will also hold a community meeting, on March 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. until no later than 7:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church, 20740 Old Cutler Rd., Cutler Bay, FL 33189. This community meet- ing will be held for the purpose of affording inter- ested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the potential designation.
