Davis St. (Oak Cliff ) While all other locations of Norma’s Café will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, volun- teers, employees, first responders and friends donate their time serving free Thanksgiving meals to those who would not have a Thanksgiving meal otherwise. This happens only at the Oak Cliff location, and anyone who needs a meal is welcome. Doors open at 11 a.m. and close at 1 p.m., essentially three turns of the dining room table.
