A III Forks 1303 Legacy Drive, Frisco III Forks, North Texas’ favorite special-oc- casion dining destination, will celebrate Thanksgiving with a menu full of the com- forting flavors of the holiday with an up- scale approach. Rarely open for lunch, the steakhouse will make an exception when it opens at 11 a.m. (and stays open until 8 p.m.). Guests can enjoy a Thanksgiving feast that includes a spice-rubbed holiday turkey with grandma’s gravy, fresh cran- berry-orange relish, sausage sage corn- bread dressing, creamed potatoes, maple-glazed yams and roasted autumn vegetables for $42 per person ($18 for chil- dren 12 and younger). Several of the restau- rant’s most popular starters, soups, salads, steaks and amazing desserts, including Kentucky bourbon chocolate pecan pie and pumpkin pie cake, will also be available. Blue Mesa Grill Addison, Fort Worth and Plano Blue Mesa’s signature brunch is dressed up for Thanksgiving with Latin roasted turkey mari- nated in a 13-spice rub with a hint of citrus, cranberry-jalapeño relish, Southwest stuffing, mashed and sweet potatoes, green beans, cin- namon-roasted butternut squash and a variety of pies. All that in addition to the traditional street taco bar, omelet station, waffles, brisket, red chile salmon and more. Brunch is offered 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and is $30 per person; $10 for kids 6–11 years old, and children 5 and younger eat free. Cru Food & Wine Bar 3699 McKinney Ave. (Uptown); 7201 Bishop Road, Plano; 842 Watters Creek, Allen; and 5188 Marathon Ave., Fort Worth At Cru Food & Wine Bar, you can indulge in a Thanksgiving Day dinner for $52 per person (wine pairings are additional). Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a rosé hard cider fol- lowed by a chef’s amuse of butternut squash and burrata bruschetta with a honey drizzle. A savory breadbasket includes buttery pan rolls, pumpkin bread and mini cornbread muffins. For starters, choose from pumpkin ricotta ravioli, butternut squash bisque or lobster and saffron risotto. Main entrees in- clude options such as roasted turkey breast, braised short rib or rainbow trout and jumbo lump crab. Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse 5762 Grandscape Blvd., The Colony Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in The Colony will be serving a Thanksgiving din- ner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $85 per adult and $23 for children under 12. The meal in- cludes oven-roasted Vermont free-range or- ganic turkey, Yukon gold creamy potatoes, butternut squash, honey collard greens, glazed carrots, green beans, challah bread herb stuffing, homemade gravy and cran- berry apple chutney. Desserts are $15 each and include your choice of apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie with whipped crème fraiche, or a pecan tart with Wild Turkey bourbon anglaise and sweet cream. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle 2323 Olive St. (Downtown) and 812 Main St., Fort Worth Del Frisco’s Double Eagle will be open on Meddlesome Moth’s Thanksgiving spread Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. of- fering a 20 oz. prime rib dinner served with horseradish cream, red wine au jus and fon- dant potatoes for $87. Third St., Fort Worth Del Frisco’s Grill will be open on Thanksgiv- ing Day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. offering a three-course meal of herb and butter roasted turkey served with mashed pota- toes, brown pan gravy, buttered green beans, apple sage sausage stuffing and cranberry sauce for $52 per person. Harwood St. (Uptown) Dolce Riviera, the Italian spot in the Har- wood District, will offer a robust Thanksgiv- ing buffet with chef-attended stations from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You’ll pay $75 per adult and $25 per child. Prepared by chef Anthony Hsia, the holiday menu includes a roasted kuri squash bisque and cold-water lobster with toasted amaretto crumble to start. For the main course, guests can enjoy a game hen duo of cran- berry brined breast and porcini stuffed leg served with green bean almondine, root vegetable pave and thyme jus. Hotel Vin 215 E. Dallas Road, Grapevine Enjoy a festive feast in Grapevine at the award-winning Hotel Vin, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Bordeaux Ballroom. Celebrate with executive chef Juan Pablo Silva’s buf- fets of Thanksgiving favorites like a prime rib carving station, herb-roasted turkey and a lavish seafood display with freshly poached shrimp, half-shell mussels and freshly shucked oysters, plus a Mediterra- nean station, flambé crepe station and more. MacArthur Ave., Irving This Thanksgiving, gather around the table at LAW Restaurant for a brunch feast that will leave you filled with great food and grat- itude. Brunch reservations are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost for adults is $130 and for children under 12, it’s $50. In- dulge in dishes like crab Benedict with lemon hollandaise, pepper soffritto atop shrimp and cheddar cheese grits and seared salmon, to name a few. Select from roasted turkey or garlic and herb New York strip steak paired with vegan stuffing, sage-in- fused gravy, sautéed mushrooms and spiced cranberry chutney. Bread and soup du jour, antipasto, farmer’s omelet and artisan cheese and charcuterie stations will fill your plate, but save room for the jumbo poached prawns, king crab legs, snow crab legs, cevi- che, oysters and sushi bar. After brunch, cue the dessert encore, which includes a holiday pie bar with pumpkin, apple streusel, cherry berry and chocolate banana cream pies; hand-dipped waffle creations topped with dulce de leche, chocolate fudge, fresh fruit or candied al- monds; a spiced apple cider, hot chocolate and candy station; warm churro ice cream sandwiches; and more.
